I shot this image on October 30, 2009 through the windshield and yes, I was driving.

It had rained all night long and while flash flooding is commonplace in Arkansas I was a little surprised.

When I saw the sign I remember rolling my eyes and thinking, "Ya think?". Little did I know what was ahead.
