Beautiful. This makes me want to capture the rustic barns along the road where I grew up (Kentucky)

This is a wonderful melancholic picture. The high gray sky with the migrating birds is simply beautiful.

The wideness & the lonesomeness accompany all the time. And they never looked better, my friend!
All the best & safe travels, Fritsch.

Clean and tidy everything in the image may be, but the atmosphere of desolation and loneliness is emphasised by the flock of birds, has been nicely captured- even if it wasn’t intended!

When i see shots like this I so wish I could hop on a plane and spend some time on walkabout in your country. It has a veritable treasure trove of images waiting to be discovered, I think mainly due to its overwhelming size.

In my country the past has been swallowed up by the constant demand of today and tomorrow, hence the echoes of yesteryear are no longer there.

In case you hadn’t guessed I do love this.
