reflections

When was the last time you spent a quiet moment just doing nothing – just sitting and looking at the sea, or watching the wind blowing the tree limbs, or waves rippling on a pond, a flickering candle or children playing in the park?

Great soft BW. Even power lines in the background. Given you are open to changing the picture I would have taken out that stick in the front. (and maybe added a swimming zebra!!)

The only thing I would add to that quote is…”without a camera in your hand!” Sigh. Sometimes I purposely take a walk in our city without the camera in order to see with my other eyes. Thanks for the reminder, Sherri.

This image is wonderful. If you stood it on its side (clockwise), it’d look like a tree with 2 branches sticking out. :)

Very cool. It’s actually a bit strange…I’m guessing this is some sort of a man-made landscape? If it’s a levee it’s not doing a very good job.

But the stillness in the water with the fog…terrific mood. Very tranquil.

The stick in the water is a little bit distracting as the rest of the image is really calm and smooth. But i really like the mood and vibe you captured here.

Perfect reflections! What an impressive landscape, nothing seems to move out there! Probably I would have removed the stick in the front. But maybe that would be a mistake…
